Elder Moshe
Founder & Lead Instructor
Zaqen Moshe is a devoted follower of Yah with 27 years walking in the Messianic Hebraic faith, faithfully applying the principles of the Torah to his life, family, and work. As a husband, father, and mentor, he models covenant-centered leadership, nurturing both home and community through wisdom, skill, and integrity.

Professionally, Zaqen Moshe brings decades of experience in building trades, vocational education, and trade school development, equipping others with the skills and discipline necessary for self-sufficiency and purposeful work. He is also an accomplished real estate developer, combining practical business acumen with a vision for strengthening communities and providing sustainable opportunities for families.

Throughout his life, Zaqen Moshe has dedicated himself to restoring the ancient paths—teaching, building, and leading in ways that honor Yah, uphold covenantal principles, and empower others to live faithfully, skillfully, and independently.
Elder Adoniyahu
Lead Instructor
Moreh Adoniyahu is the Head Elder and Teacher of Derek Echad, faithfully serving the body of believers with wisdom, humility, and a steadfast love for the Torah and the testimony of Yahshua. Born and raised in the Messianic Hebrew faith, he has walked in covenant from his youth, carrying forward a legacy of devotion and disciplined study.
A husband and father of seven, Moreh Adoniyahu leads his home and community with gentleness, order, and strength. For more than 25 years, he has taught in congregational settings, guiding others in understanding both the Torah and the Brit Chadashah (New Covenant) with clarity and balance. His teaching emphasizes restoration, obedience, and the unity of the people of Yah under one truth and one way—Derek Echad, the “One Path.”
By trade, Moreh Adoniyahu is a journeyman electrician, skilled in the physical work of building and illuminating spaces—symbolic of his calling to bring light and understanding to the people of Israel through the Word. His life reflects a beautiful harmony between spiritual calling and craftsmanship, showing that faith and skill, wisdom and work, are all service unto Yah.
